Mandatory Compliance Policy

All communications conducted through Boss Leads must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), regulations from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state laws, and other regulatory bodies. This includes but is not limited to adhering to Do Not Call (DNC) lists, not calling mobile lines without consent, accurately identifying the sender, using valid caller IDs, and providing a toll-free callback number.

Ringless Voicemail Policy

Ringless Voicemail (RVM) is designed as a non-intrusive, permission-based communication tool. RVM should be used strictly for permission-based communication and not for telemarketing unless prior consent has been obtained. Users must identify themselves clearly, provide an automated opt-out process, and include a toll-free callback number.

Mandatory Opt-in Policy

Use of Boss Leads’ services for telemarketing is conditional on strict adherence to telemarketing rules, requiring active, documented consent from each individual contacted. Adding opt-in language to signup forms on your website can facilitate legal and compliant communication.

Violation of These Policies

Violations of our policies are taken seriously. Accounts found in breach will face termination, potential legal action, and additional consequences.
